Even the actor portraying a regular shmoe who transforms into the assassin character (likely the protagonist of the game) looks bored and angry throughout the trailer. It’s as if just having to play this game during his short walk down the tunnel had squandered his entire day.





This is also true with Forza Horizon 4 , a game basically made to create beautiful pictures. It is no secret that racing games are amongst the best looking games out there, and the Forza series is probably the most beautiful of the bunch. Seeing your tire tracks in the wet mud or my Honda Civic Type R zooming through the autumn leaves is a sight to see…which is why I’ve spent hours with this photo mode in particular. A huge part of making a great photo in Skate was the spot; this is also true in games nowadays. This is especially true with No Man’s Sky , and the game's recent NEXT update from this summer. You do have a viewable avatar now thanks to the NEXT update, but they don’t define the experience in the same way as God of War ’s Kratos or Spider-Man. It is No Man’s Sky ’s environments that are the stars: how you frame each environment defines the tone of the atmosphere. Taking a photo in the nearly endless space may evoke feelings of loneliness, while a view of one of the planet’s gorgeous vistas brings a sense of wonderm

For the first time in the series' history, Battlefield V included a chapter that follows the story of a female soldier , Solveig. Solveig is affiliated with the indigenous resistance movement opposing the German occupying forces in Norway, and despite being young, she is a well-trained and effective soldier during the war. Solveig survives the Norwegian cold and avoids Nazis patrolling the woods during the campaign, as she is in search of her mother. Ubisoft has been through a rough patch since the days of Unity. Syndicate's sales were greatly impacted because of it and playing around with worthless trailers like Identity’s could impact sales just the same. If they were planning on creating a Q&A video about the game that provides impressive and well done gameplay visuals, Ubisoft should started with that right out of the gate or at least have cut a few clips of the gameplay shown in the Q&A and implement them into their announcement trailer, or even better scrapped the trailer all together and focused on creating a proper reveal trailer. Although the creativity and budget were behind their "announcement" trailer, it was by no means a worthwhile one especially since you really have to go out of your way (and be interested in the game enough) to find their little Q&A video that does a much better job at portraying what the game actually is.








Although there will be plenty of events and demo opportunities scattered around the Comic-Con floor and downtown San Diego, these are the 10 game-focused events we think will be the most worth attending. Each panel/demo should feature plenty of new information and first-looks at each game in action, and attendees will be able to hear firsthand from the developers working on each g
