==Checking Available Notes in Admin==

There will typically be at least a few notes available in admin, regardless of the state, type of legislation, or stage that you are dealing with.  It never hurts to glance at the available notes to determine if any apply to the stage(s) you're dealing with.

At times you may be unsure of how to portray a complex bill history, only to find a note in Admin that describes the situation. Here is an example:
