We will not create a PVS title for Congressional Bills. Instead, we will take exactly what Thomas/Congress.gov has listed as the official title for that bill. Occasionally, however, the official title will be too lengthy and appear as an unappealing block of text in on our website title areas. For this reason, feel free to cut down any extra verbiage used in the lengthy title, for example (Note there is no need to use an intro verb):
