Reddit user DanXcel has apparently had his copy of the elusive game shipped to him early, giving him a golden opportunity to explore the game's technical aspects . He has confirmed that the game has two separate modes, at least on Xbox Series X; there's a "performance" mode and a "quality" mode. The basic concepts behind these two modes are pretty self-explanatory; the quality mode emphasizes graphics and makes the game look as pretty as possible, while performance mode emphasizes smoother gameplay, sacrificing visual quality in order to put less strain on the console. DanXcel was unable to provide any deep specifications on either mode, but he confirmed that performance mode was much smoother than quality in terms of framerate. He also identified a noticeable drop in visual resolution in performance mode, but that didn't prevent him from identifying performance mode as the preferable option thanks to its better gameplay experie
