As of the time of writing, the Google Stadia game list only has three confirmed titles so far but there are plenty more on the way. Jade Raymond is leading the Stadia Games and Entertainment brand (which is made up of multiple developers) and Google confirmed that Stadia will have first-party exclusives. More information is coming this summer, meaning that fans may get a look at these in-development Google Stadia titles t

If there's one thing that I cannot understate about my time playing DOOM Eternal this week it would be that it just feels incredible to play. The shooting, movement, and everything else in between just feel s perfect. Conveying the feel of a game is a hard thing to get across in pieces like this without having actually played it for yourself, but the way everything bleeds into one another in this game is incredi

Bethesda was quick to apologize and resolve the issue, but it left customers uneasy. The error had made usernames, full names, contact information, and proof of purchase information publicly visible to other users, albeit for a limited t

Doom by its very nature is a wild and crazy experience, yet has a lot of thought behind the madness. id prides itself on giving players bombastic tools and putting them in crazy arenas, but they also take pride in crafting thoughtful encounters. Sometimes, to accomplish this, they need to show some restraint

At one point in the demo I played, the Doom Slayer opens up a giant cannon, kicks the missile out of its loading chamber, jumps into the chamber, and proceeds to blast himself out of the turret into a building that looks to be miles away in the distance. He then lands in said building, completely unscathed, and proceeds to start ripping and tearing more demons apart as if nothing had even just happened. It's hilarious, awesome, and just continues to add to the overall idea that you are an unstoppable demon-killing mach

Choice was a big theme among some of our favorite E3 2019 games, like Dying Light 2 . In our demo, developer Techland wanted to highlight how the player’s decisions as Aiden Caldwell will determine the world that they inhabit. Certain areas of the map will be completely locked off if players make one choice, while another player’s map might look totally different. And when it is all said and done, Techland expects players will only have seen about 50% of the g

id’s philosophy extends to the game’s setup. Humanity isn’t all on board with demon’s entering their plane of existence. Some share Olivia Pierce’s love of hell, and the rest want nothing to do with it. It's up to players do discover what happened to humanity between the two games. Also left ambiguous is whether we’ll see angels or Heaven in Doom Eternal. Concept art displayed at Quakecon hinted at the possibility, but the developers aren't saying anything yet.

id Software debuted Doom Eternal at Quakecon 2018 to thunderous applause. The game looks to build on Doom 2016's success by going bigger and bloodier. With impressive new gameplay features, like the Meat Hook, and a smooth presentation, Doom Eternal impressed. Afterward, we got to meet up with directors Marty Stratton and Hugo Martin to learn more about the game.

So just how did those development wizards over at id seemingly make DOOM Eternal so much better than what came before it? To me, it's the game's speed. While 2016's DOOM was a fast game already, Eternal ramps things up even further. Enemies fill up the screen in droves much more than the last game and they are much more aggressive. As https://doometernalplay.com/ taught us a few years ago, the best way to succeed is to be that much more aggressive than your foes, meaning that here in Eternal , you have to be even more proactive and deadly than ever bef

The id Tech engine, which powered Doom 2016 and Wolfenstein II: The New Order, also powers Doom Eternal. id Software confirmed that the keynote demo was running on a high-end PC. Console players, however, should expect a top-notch experience from id. While PC continues to get lots of love from the developer, console players have nothing to worry about.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is the only Ubisoft game confirmed to work with Google Stadia at this point. However, the two companies share a close working relationship. Former Ubisoft executive Jade Raymond is now a VP at Google , heading up the Stadia game development division, so there is a path for them to work together on more games

This collector’s edition featured what was described at the time as a "canvas west tek duffel bag" and the accompanying images showed what looked like a sturdy well-made bag. However, when gamers finally got their bags, they quickly discovered that they were in fact made of cheap nylon and looked nothing like the image on the webs

Dylan Cuthbert, the founder of Q-Games, confirmed that the studio would be basing its next game around the feature. Cuthbert didn't reveal the title, setting or gameplay, but did say that more information would be shared later in the yimage class="left" url="https://www.thetechgame.com/images/news/article/7f8d13de9e.png"
