====Comments on the Press File====

We want to utilize the comments on the press file to help other interns and staff navigate between the bill text, press file, and bill summary.  We will need a comment for each of the pieces of information highlighted and explaining the following two pieces of information:
~1) Where is the information in the bill text?
~1) Where is the information in the bill summary?

**Helpful Hints**
~- If a majority of the bills provisions are in 1 or 2 sections, you can add a page number to help locate the provisions int the bill text.  
~- If the same provisions is repeated over and over in the press file, you can select all of the different entries and use 1 comment.  (See the example below)
~- If the press file mentions a certain bill provision, but you cannot locate the provisions in the bill text, you can leave a "Not in Bill Text" comment.
