Create other statuses the same way that you did for the Key Vote status(es).  The most important difference is that the **Key Vote checkbox will NOT be selected**.

In addition, you do NOT need a title, temporary synopsis, bill text, or votes.  Simply enter the first section of information (level, state, outcome, status date, roll number, rank and Yea-Nay breakdown) and click Save at the bottom of the form. You will need categories & tags, but provided that you have properly entered the categories and tags previously you can just selected 'use earlier'. Repeat for all other statuses listed on the bill history.
