The highlights field does not accept Microsoft Word formatting, so if you are using Word you will have to run the text through Notepad to remove the formatting. Copy and paste the summary into Notepad, indent the highlights (if necessary), and then cut and paste the cleaned-up text into the Highlights field in Admin.
