Previous legislative wrap ups were written and checked only once by a staff member, but the process going forward should be more closely aligned to our current procedures for summary checks. However, there are some key differences:

First Check
This must be performed by an individual (intern or staff) other than the individual who wrote the original.

Second Check
This must be performed by an individual (intern or staff) other than the individual who wrote the summary or performed the first check.

Staff Check
This must be performed by a staff member who neither wrote the summary nor performed a previous check
