From the bill information page:

The primary sponsor will be listed just below the short title at the top of the bill information page (black arrow). Cosponsors are rare for Montana bills. However, they do appear from time to time, and to access a list of them you need to click on either the HTML or PDF link for the bill text (red arrows). Once you do that, the following window should appear:

At the top of the bill text, the name of the primary sponsor will be listed at the beginning of the list (black arrow), and the rest are cosponsors (red arrow).
Therefore, the PVS website will have both sponsors and cosponsors listed for this state, if applicable. In this case, the sponsor is Rep. Lewis and the cosponsors are Reps. Cooney, ""McAlpin"", Macdonald, Ebinger, Peterson (K), Furey, Driscoll, Sands, Noonan (A), Cohenour, Hendrick, O'Hara, French, Branae and Juneau.
