New Mexico Bill Texts

When a bill has been signed by the governor, it is enrolled in its Final Version. However, it's not a good idea to use this version of the bill text because the it is presented as a statute, and there is nothing to indicate what is existing and new law. The introduced bill text is always provided, as well as substitute versions and adopted amendments. If a bill text was substituted, use that version in addition to any amendments adopted thereafter. One important thing to remember about New Mexico is that committee amendments are published in the committee reports. You'll want to check the committee reports to determine if any markups were made.
