====Application Definition Statement====

//An application that provides voters with the opportunity to match their opinions on issues with those of the candidates that will appear on the voter's ballot.//

====Users====

At the moment, the group that we desire to attract consists primarily of new users who are unfamiliar with Project Vote Smart.  These are non-political junkies, who are seeking guidance on who to vote for.  We should keep in mind that our app may be used at the last minute, including in the voting booth, so quick access to "who to vote for" will be essential.  Realistically, it may be more of our current users and supporters that end up using the app, but it should be aimed at a novice.  

====Features====

	- Option to use current location AND zip code search that will customize data to the user's location.  The app will prompt the user to enter his or her street address or 9-digit zip if there are more than 1 congressional districts per zip.
	- User can select issue categories
	- User can mark his/her answer to PCT questions for the issues that he/she selects
	- User can see how the candidate answered the same questions (display TBD)
	- User can print or save his/her "ballot" with preferred candidates and ballot measure positions showing
	- User can donate to Project Vote Smart
