**==== Press Conference and Stakeout Guidelines:====**

There are two Press Conference/Stakeout schedules, each completed once a week. 

**Collecting Press Statements and Stakeout Statements:**
~- Go to Federal News Service: http://www.fnsg.com/.
~- Click "Advanced Search" under the search box.
~- Select the date range for your schedule.
~- Click "Search".
~- Open conferences and stakeouts in new tabs.   
~- Enter statements for each official/candidate separately in Admin.  Use **BREAK IN TRANSCRIPT** instead of entering the entire transcript for each official unless the official/candidate is speaking continuously for the entire transcript.  Take the entire questions and answers section for press conferences.
~- The source for these will be the Federal News Service page.  Copy the copyright information after the title into Admin.  
~- For Type, select **Interview** if the entire transcript is Q&A and **Statement** if there is an opening remark before Q&A.
