Staff Expectations: These expectations are based on how much experienced researchers focusing solely on research are completing in an 8 hour work day. Other responsibilities for staff (intern supervision, QC, meetings) can take away from this dedicated research time. An experienced staff member can be defined as a staff member past the 6 month mark.
Intern Expectations: These expectations are based on a fully-trained intern (post-midterm evaluation) and total numbers are based on the standard intern work schedule of 10 hours per week. An experienced intern can be defined as an intern past the mid-term evaluation (approx. 5-7 weeks).
All Staff/Interns: These numbers can be cross-referenced to the Profiles Daily Work Tracking document to review current and previous research output with the set target metrics outlined above. Research productivity will vary significantly by state and office level for all research areas.
