Communications Coordinator Position: ==Daily Tasks == Social media platforms receiving attention; three or more updates on Twitter (with Ben); At least 2 updates on Facebook and Google+ Monitoring and reporting on press/blog coverage and mentions Assisting with the needs of Development Department as needed; sorting mail, processing incoming donations, helping with in-house mailings ==Weekly Tasks == Coordinate the writing and formatting of blog entries (at least twice a week) Assist with the writing and formatting of email communications with various email lists; current members and non-members (with Carly) Update, export new email addresses from Donor Perfect into iContact Assist with online fundraising efforts as needed; helping with Aristotle relationship, etc. (with Carly) ==Monthly Tasks == Coordinate the writing and formatting of the e-newsletter Common Ground (with Carly) Update/organize drive documents, wiki documents, as needed Evaluate media database and its need for updates ==On-going== Website improvements; enhancing the conversion rates: visitor to member. Updating/designing 2012 promotional documents, materials, as needed (media fact sheet, legacy brochure, web directory) Researching new, "feasible" fundraising avenues Training, supervising interns Internal ad creation Coming through about/informational pages on website for errors, old content Fielding calls from media to appropriate internal contact (with Carly)
