@@**====Step 4: Releasing Ratings/Endorsements to the Web====**@@

After two webchecks, a rating and/or endorsement can be released to the live web. The individual that performs the second webcheck should release the endorsement/rating to the live web and then fill out the appropriate columns on the tracking sheet.

If the scorecard happens to be older and a hard copy, fill out the information on the tracking sheet that is attached to the physical copy. After the tracking sheets have been updated, file the scorecard in the archives. 

++Interns will get a tour of the archives around week 5 or earlier, depending on their progress. ++
