Following the selection meeting, the Weekly Selections spreadsheet and the Bill Report must be updated. The drop down menus in the “Selected?” column of the Weekly Selections sheet should be updated to reflect the status of the potential selections. Each selected vote must be added to the Bill Report. The Bill Report must include the following the information:

In Progress status of Vote Entry
Selection date
Bill number
Stage
