This state rarely updates a bill text prior to it being signed into law. If no enrolled version is provided and amendments were adopted, you must to construct the bill text using the adopted amendments. Occasionally a member will request an engrossed version, which will be available to the public. Here is an example of when a text needs to be constructed:
