When used to refer to dress code, "repeatedly and excessively" means that any of the following have occurred more than 3 times within a 1-month period: - The intern is not wearing a shirt; - The intern is not wearing shoes of any kind; or - The intern is wearing athletic attire including, but not limited to, the following: shorts, an athletic-style tank top, swimwear, or a sports bra that is not covered by a shirt. When used to refer to cell phone use: - Personal calls that last longer than 20 minutes and that have occurred more than 3 times in a 1-month period.
