It is expected there will be questions concerning the work - ask your supervisor. **These are your priorities - you will always have work to do:** 1. The schedule currently assigned to you. ~- Only work on one schedule at a time, if you have several assigned in the "upcoming" column, do the one at the top first, unless told otherwise by your supervisor. 2. Checking work ~- Open up the votesmart.org website. Go to the public statements section. In separate tabs and at random, open two dozen public statements. Check: ~~- titles (proper formatting, capitalization, and spacing) ~~- types (proper formatting) ~~- date (make sure it's not from the future) ~~- speech text (proper spacing, no ads, no page or time breaks, no "click here" text) ~~- shared with the correct officials 3. Content for DevComm ~- If you find a statement you think will make for a good blog post, or is on a topic you know DevComm is writing a post for, email it to a Devcomm staff member. 4.
