Editing an Access Drop Down With A List
After selecting "Value List" for the Row Source Type, a "Row Source" field will automatically appear on the property sheet. Click the "..." button and a text box will pop-up. This text box allows you to enter the items you wish to include on the drop down menu. After each item you will need to hit enter. If needed, you can select a default value that will appear on each new record.
