Step 3. Advisor Approval:
After being selected, the votes are ready for advisor approval. A staff member sends the selected votes twice a month to political science professors and journalists from each state along with links to votes that have been released to our website. Advisors review both the selection and the content. This is to ensure clarity, relevance, nonpartisanship and accuracy. Occasionally advisors will recommend votes or ask us to make changes to our selected votes.
