Checking Tools
Weekly on Tuesdays, someone from DevComm needs to go through the website and make sure all the various tools that contain links to our areas of expertise (fundraising and communications) are live and working properly. A list of these tools can be found below:
Donate Page
https://votesmart.org/donate -> fill out the basic information on the donate page and make sure you are able to redirect to cybersource
VoteEasy (when live)
https://voteeasy.votesmart.org -> does the donation pop up redirect to /donate?
MyVoteSmart
https://votesmart.org/login -> are you able to login properly?
API
https://votesmart.org/share/api -> are you able to login to the API registration page? (use MyVoteSmart login)
Newsletter
https://votesmart.org/newsletter -> enter your work email. Do you receive the "Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter" message?
Materials Request
https://justfacts.votesmart.org/request-materials -> when filling in the request materials form, do you receive an email notification letting you know someone has submitted a request?
