Nonconcurrence Votes: In Georgia, when a chamber disagrees to concur with the other chamber's amendments, no vote is actually required or recorded, as long as no member objects. When the bill moves on to a conference committee thereafter, we need to show why it progressed to that stage. Typically we will reflect this by adding a non-key vote status to the bill page, showing a nonconcurrence vote, and by selecting "voice vote" in Admin.
