In Idaho, //almost// every bill should have a Committee Sponsor listed on the right side of the bill history. In this case it is the House State Affairs Committee (black arrow). However, bills are required to also have a floor sponsor for each chamber. In this case it is Rep. Boyle for the House (red arrow). Because it failed in the House, it does not have a Senate floor sponsor, but there would be if the bill made it to the floor of the Senate for an up-or-down vote. Typically, Idaho does not have cosponsors, but occasionally they will be listed in a separate page. To obtain a list of cosponsors, click on the link that reads "Legislative Co-sponsors" under the headline "Individual Links" (blue arrow). A pdf file will open:
