A list of sponsors is presented above the bill history and to the right of the bill versions. In the "Current Sponsor" box, click the down arrow to reveal the sponsors. Often, the sponsor will be a committee, but members may also author bills. However, if there is a list of legislators, they will not distinguish between sponsors and cosponsors.
Therefore, the PVS website will have only sponsors listed for this state. In this case the sponsor is Sen. Faust-Goudeau.
