The bill status page will list the primary sponsor of the bill (black arrow), but the cosponsors are provided in a separate page. This can be accessed by clicking on the "Sponsors" button (red arrow) which will open a new window:
The sponsor(s) (black arrow) and cosponsor(s) (red arrow) are clearly labeled in this page.
Therefore, the PVS website will have both sponsors and cosponsors listed for this state, if applicable. In this case, the sponsor is Sen. Nutting, and the cosponsors are Sen. Goodall and Reps. Duchesne, Hill, Hinck, Percy, Treat and Trinward.
