Things to focus on (also see: General Prioritization:
Accuracy and Completeness:
- regularly spot-check content on various pages of web properties (publications and unstructured content need a more thorough check). Try to cover all possible variables in your spot-check (for example, different jurisdictions, different offices, etc.)
- Compare this content to your source data to help identify issues
- Report to the Communications and IT Departments any issues or suggestions. Follow up on all Mantis tickets related to your content area, ensuring completion of critical requests
Timeliness and Relevancy:
- monitor current events and controversies. Highlight relevant content ASAP
Usability, Engagement, and Fundraising

- evaluate features and strategies employed by others we want to emulate
- familiarize yourself with best practices
- learn from our mistakes and successes by evaluating weekly reports and Google Analytics
- Consider the different components we often try to include in our Data Focused Webpages and see how we might apply them
