A list of sponsors and cosponsors is provided at the top of the page, just below the title of the bill. The two are distinguished very clearly using the phrase "primary sponsor" for sponsors (black arrows) and "cosponsors" for cosponsors (red arrows).
Therefore, the PVS website will have both sponsors and cosponsors listed for this state, if applicable. In this case, the sponsors are Reps. Scutari and Whelan and the cosponsors are Sens. Cunningham, Lesniak, Stack, Sweeney, Weinberg and Vitale.
