At the top of the bill information page, a list of sponsors and cosponsors are listed, and the legislature specifies that the names in which bold text is applied are primary sponsors (black arrows), whereas cosponsors will not have bold text applied (red arrows).
Therefore, the PVS website will have both sponsors and cosponsors listed for this state, if applicable. In this case, the sponsors are Sen. Parks and Reps. Aizley and Buckley and the cosponsors are Reps. Bobzien, Kirkpatrick, Leslie, Pierce and Smith.
