The There's A Dragon Here quest will send you to the old town of Sunbury to investigate the appearance of a so-called dragon, according to Lowe. Using a Whisper can be a bit confusing in Once Human . Unlike other items in your inventory that can be clicked to activate or consume, Whispers have no interactive prompt.
