===__Spelling Errors__===
In a situation where we have an officials name spelled incorrectly, DO NOT SIMPLY CHANGE THE NAME TO THE CORRECT SPELLING!

==Search for the name:==

~1) From the main admin page, click on "Offices" at the top left of your screen
~1) Do a search for both the incorrect and correct spellings of the official's last name
~1) **If there are no duplicates** and you only found the incorrect spelling of the official's name, click on the corresponding ID Number. This will bring you to his or her biography page
~1) You can edit the spelling of the name here, and add any nicknames or suffixes, if necessary

==If you find a duplicate:==

If we seem to have two entries for the same official, with two different spellings, contact your supervisor. DO NOT DELETE EITHER ONE
