Spelling Errors
In a situation where we have an officials name spelled incorrectly, DO NOT SIMPLY CHANGE THE NAME TO THE CORRECT SPELLING!Search for the name:
- From the main admin page, click on "Offices" at the top left of your screen
- Do a search for both the incorrect and correct spellings of the official's last name
- If there are no duplicates and you only found the incorrect spelling of the official's name, click on the corresponding ID Number. This will bring you to his or her biography page
- You can edit the spelling of the name here, and add any nicknames or suffixes, if necessary
If you find a duplicate:
If we seem to have two entries for the same official, with two different spellings, contact your supervisor. DO NOT DELETE EITHER ONE
