The primary sponsor of the legislation will be clearly distinguished on the bill text page next to the headline "Prime Sponsor" (black arrow). However, this is not a complete list of both sponsors and cosponsors. To obtain that list, click on the link to the bill history (red arrow) which opens a separate window:
There is a list of sponsors listed at the top of the bill history page. The primary sponsor's name will be the first name listed (black arrow) and the rest of the names are cosponsors (red arrows).
Therefore, the PVS website will have both sponsors and cosponsors listed for this state, if applicable. In this case, the sponsor is Sen. White (M) and the cosponsors are Sens. Pileggi, Erickson, Vance, Wozniak, Alloway, Wonderling, Earll, D. White, Smucker and Brubaker.
