PCT Department Roles and Responsibilities


Standard Staffing:

1 Elections Research Director (year-round)
1 PCT Administrator (Only takes half of a staff's time in off years)
2 PCT Research Associates (Can be anyone on staff to work on the PCT Administration part time. In the past two cycles, we’ve had the Issue Positions associates working on PCT Administration since they’re the most directly involved anyway)

Key Responsibilities by Role:

Elections Director: Oversees all PCT operations, including: Administrator: Oversees the administration of the Political Courage Test
