- DB will need to be changed for 3d categories
- Admin will have to support showing category trees
- Any place on pypvs showing groups of categories will need to be altered to show the tree relationships.
Questions
- Will they be standardized across data types?
- How are bios supposed to be categorized by issue? How would 1965-1982 US Navy Admiral be categorized with an issue category?

- Will the auto-generated issue positions(AGIP) be question based, or would it be like "Abortion: Pro-Life" and "Medical Marijuana: Pro"? Sample output may be useful in this case.
