Additions:
===Election & Vacancies Detection Unit Guide to Managing Staff and Interns===
Deletions:
===Quality Control's Guide to Managing Staff and Interns===

Additions:
First, read the general [[ManagingPeople]].
1) Some interns are better suited for the job than others. Try to keep track of your interns work, and see who does a very through job. Once you get a feel for that, use the more effective interns on sensitive or complicated checks. For new interns, its good to start them off with easy stuff such as second checks or web checks. This will allow them to practice and improve their work.
1) Try to have a little fun. Though it shouldnt be animal house, the only way for both staff and interns to make it through the tedious, monotonous, repetitive hell is to enjoy your co-workers. As long as the work is getting done, and getting done well, feel free to smile. In conjunction with that, show appreciation. If the interns do a great job, it makes it easier on the whole PCT department. Let them know they rock.
