"Relies" Examples:
- H 246 (ID, 2009):
-Relies on the existing definition of "special fuels" for the purposes of taxation, meaning diesel fuel, natural gas, hydrogen, or compressed or liquefied gas obtained as a byproduct in petroleum refining or national gasoline manufacturing (Sec. 4).
- HB 952 (HI, 2009):
-Relies upon the arbitration panel established by existing law, consisting of one representative from both parties and a neutral third member serving as a chairperson select by mutual agreement of the parties, unless an agreement is not reached, at which point the American Arbitration Association will provide a list of five potential arbitrators in which the parties will be required to select one by mutual agreement (Sec. 1).
- SB 360 (FL, 2009):
-Relies upon the definition of "downtown revitalization" as the physical and economic renewal of a central business district of a community as designated by local government, including both downtown development and redevelopment (Sec. 4).
