To find a list of contacts in all 50 states who received the news release in 2010:
Search>Advanced Search
Tag(s) Box: Select "’10 Release Recipient"
Click Search: Total of 2452
To find a list of contacts that gave PVS press coverage ( org and individuals, print, radio, TV) in 2012:
Search>Advanced Search
Tag(s) Box: Select "2012 Press Coverage"
Click Search
To find a list of 2010 Media Partners; wrote editorials or conducted interviews during their state’s testing period.
Search>Advanced Search
Combines lists searches using Group "2010 Media Partner" and Tag: "2010 Partner" (Do not search both at same time, combine two lists instead)
To make any list state-specific: After selecting your Group or Tag, scroll down to Address Tab and select your state.
To Export Contact & Numbers, E-mail, and Addresses to Create an Excel File:
Complete a search for the contacts you want to export.
First, Select Records: "all [ ] records" must be selected
Below this you will notice a drop down menu "more actions"
Select and scroll down to "Export Contacts"
Press "Go"
Select: "Select fields for export"
See drop down menu and select a "use saved field mapping"
Field mapping tells Excel which types of information are to be exported including the Org/Individual’s Name, Phone Number, Street Address, E-mail, Format, etc.
When exporting names in order to create a contact list of Orgs/Individuals to contact in regards to sending out a news release, use this saved field mapping: "State Release Contacts"
