**===__Post-Training__===**
-For the first couple of weeks, it is best to assign interns specific schedules to collect as well as ratings and endorsements to enter and check. Supervisors should be reviewing all work. After an intern starts to get the hang of things he or she can be assigned general tasks or a weekly schedule to follow.
- If an intern is doing well in the later weeks, train on the [[RatingsBulkImport harvester]] and [[UsefulResearchQueries SQL]]

**===__Suggestions__===**
- For webchecks, it can be useful for staff to insert a few intentional errors in a scorecard to see if an intern is carefully checking work. It can help to vary the types of errors to see if there are certain types of errors an intern overlooks
- It can be helpful in spread training over several days broken up by task. In the past, we've trained all steps in one session and then had to re-explain each task once a new task was started.
- Have example scorecards and endorsements ready for training
- Give lots of feedback. It's difficult with the amount of data to check, but it's really important to give corrections and praise. Quick QC queries and spot checks can help.
