The three good traits of SIGs research is Thoroughness, Accuracy, and Speed, in that order. This guide on how to train new interns staff should help you emphasize these traits.


Initial Steps

1. Send a welcome letter to new interns or staff before they join your sub-department. Include links to relevant Wiki pages.
2. Make sure they read these wiki pages first: Ratings Background and Ratings Training Materials.
3. When the interns have completed readings of the basic pages, you should begin training.
