Grievances
If you have a concern with a fellow intern or a staff member that cannot be resolved by talking with that person, take it up with your immediate supervisor. If your concern is still unresolved after discussing the matter with your supervisor, the other person, and his or her supervisor (if applicable), you and your supervisor may take the issue up with the Legislative Research Director or with appropriate staff at the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life. If necessary, grievances may also be brought to the attention of the National Director of Project Vote Smart or appropriate offices of the University of Texas at Austin.
