Updating the Spreadsheet
As the selection meeting guide explains, you will update the master spreadsheets after each selection meeting, provided selections were made. However, you should also update the spreadsheet on a weekly basis to reflect the current stage of each vote. Meaning, you will shade the cells according to whichever stage of the process. In addition, if a vote has been released live, remember to copy and paste the html address in to the master spreadsheet for that vote. Because this update deals with the information that goes into the weekly report, it's best to do it alongside the weekly report on Fridays.
