Updating the Veto Spreadsheet
The department maintains a veto report spreadsheet similar to the Bill Report. During vetoes collection you should be constantly updating this spreadsheet. In order for vetoes to be entered accurately and efficiently, every veto must have an entry on the State & Congressional Vetoes spreadsheet. When you collect a veto you will need to enter the following information:
- "Veto Entry" from the In Progress drop down menu
- Date of collection
- Bill number
- Veto type from the drop down menu
