Development Tickets
Any ticket that involves user feedback is currently assigned to the Development Director. The Dev Director should check if the user is a member and respond accordingly. The most common tickets for the Dev department are user reviews where they rate their experience out of 10 points. You can find a running list of canned responses in this Google Doc.Add any good positive quotes to the Nice Things that People Say about VS spreadsheet. If the user is a member, add a contact note to their record.
Everyone should get a response. You can close the ticket by responding directly through UserVoice. If you respond from Gmail, make sure to close the ticket.
