Revision history for database
Additions:
~- Not Contacted (used for issue organizations only)
Talk to your supervisor if you think there needs to be a new status.
**When entering information in Contact/Notes, always be sure to date and initial the entry.**
For example: 5/11/07 talked to Linda: e-mailing ratings (you initials)
**Filtering Data**
The dropdown boxes at the top of each column filter the information by whatever you select. They will be very useful for finding and organizing information. Once a filter is selected, all other filters will only apply to the information already on the screen. To apply a different filter to all organizations, you will need to change the selection of the first to //All//.
If you are the first one to use the database after a session has ended, be sure that it is updated for the new session.
