We used this for speeches data, paying 2340.00 a year. It was under contract until 9/5/2009 and I believe we ended up cancelling at this time. At some point we got into a dispute with them over us using them for speeches we were then posting publicly. They had given us authorization to do so and later rescinded that authorization, asking us to take content down. For more information, see email exchanges and files

AZ Photocopier, 211.18 a quarter. Under contract until 1/16/2010. This was cancelled when we moved from our Arizona Office
==Pitney Bowes + Purchase Power==
Mail Meter Lease with Pitney Bowes, 433.98 quarterly, under contract until 1/30/2014 at which point we cancelled and settled the account. Purchase Power is where we got postage when using this mail meter. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH THEM. Their costs are exorbitant and their business practices are unethical. A simple scale and online postage printing service is much cheaper and less ridiculous. There is no way out of a contract with them unless you want to pay more than what we pay to have it or to change it's ownership. Confirmation call number 3-2256517677.

This contract for servers should be cancelled as of September 30, 2015. The only further action to take is to make sure we don't get any charges for time after that period.
==Donor Perfect==
We purchased Donor Perfect software outright many years ago. They require a service contract in order to get upgrades and answer questions, which we currently do not have because it's expensive and we didn't really use it. They have since notified us they are no longer updating their software and eventually we will need to migrate to different Donor Management software. However, we may need them to help us do this migration, but it likely won't be cheap. It may be worth seeking out third-party providers if necessary.
===Web Development and Design===
==Periscopic==
Periscopic is the contractor we used to create the VoteEasy app. We had contracts with them in 2010 (for about $70,000) and again in 2011 to add Presidential coverage, mostly because they had worked on the app previously. IT would not recommend using them again due to the quality of their code, and management would not recommend using them again unless really necessary because they wanted more control over the design than we wanted to give. On the bright side, their project management skills have been better than other contractors we've worked with.
==Six Pony Hitch=
Six Pony Hitch, based in Missoula, completing our latest website redesign in around 2010. They were cheap, but their designs weren't that good. This project took much longer than they originally estimated. Don't use them again
==Regole Design==
Regole is based in Tucson. They don't know anything about mobile web design and it shows. They also like to charge us excessively. They did the design work for ISPY and our current mobile homepage. I think we can do better.
==Jess3==
Jess3 developed our Galaxy app. They
==Alex McGrath==
He's a print designer who did our VSDM for many years and occasionally did web and graphic design work for us, despite not having the proper skills to do so. He is a bad designer and doesn't complete work on schedule. We found that Evergreen Communications could do the VSDM cheaper as well. Don't use him again.
