1) To create Introduced status:
- Title (Always use an Intro Verb to start the title.)
- Date Introduced
- Type
- Bill Number
2) Other Introduced status information:
- Chamber (Level)
- Rank "1" (Guide to Ranks)
- Sponsors and Cosponsors (Guide to Finding Sponsors and Co-Sponsors in Each State)
First "Key Vote" Status
1) Entered before saving:
- Chamber (Level)
- Stage
- Outcome
- Date of Vote
- Roll Call Number, if applicable
- Check "Key Vote" box
- Rank
- Yeas and Nays
- Title (reuse title from introduced status)
- Vote Smart Highlight (input the temporary highlight found here)
- Synopsis (make sure to start your synopsis with the correct intro phrase)
- Note, if applicable
2) Entered after saving and reopening:
- Bill Text (upload only ".pdf," not ".PDF"; The following states supply ".PDF" files: AK, HI, MO, NJ, OK)
- Categories and tags
