Preparing the Folder
When a potential selection is made a folder must be created for that bill. The bill file should contain the press file, bill history, vote breakdown, and bill text.
The bill folder should be created within the appropriate state folder, and within the correct year folder in that state folder. Use the bill number as the folder name. You will need to create a Google Doc and copy and paste in information for the press file, but the rest of the materials should be saved and uploaded as pdfs.
