====Tracking Key Votes====
A query labeled "StatusUpdates" is used to track a bill once the summary has been staff checked and released. Lets take the following example:
{{image url="http://i1380.photobucket.com/albums/ah164/pvsmatt/statusupdate_zps71ec4766.jpg" title="text" alt="text"}}
Once the query is opened, it will display all bills that have an "Alive" status populated within the "All Bills" table. Additionally it will include informaton on if the state allows carryover bills, the governor deadline, and when it was last updated. As you go through bills on this query, you do not need to go back to the "All Bills" table or form, you can make the changes directly on the query and it will update the "All Bills" table. Additionally, you can use the filter on the "State" column to find active bills for specific states. Lastly, you can copy and paste the results from this query and share it with Interns on a Google Sheet and have that intern look for any new updates. If the data remains in the same order, then updating the information back into Access should be fairly quick.
